Thank you for visiting PGPresents, LLC, for many years regarded as one of the most trusted and independent student loan consulting companies in the nation, especially for medical and other health sciences students, residents, fellows, and attending physicians.

With more than 40 years of experience in higher education, including more than 17 years running his own company, Paul S. Garrard, Founder and President of PGPresents, LLC, has retired as of May 10, 2025.

Over the past 17 years, Mr. Garrard has helped hundreds of thousands of borrowers determine the best repayment strategy for their student loans and has had the great pleasure of working with countless health professions schools, associations, and other higher education groups providing educational debt management programs for their students, graduates, and constituents. He is extremely grateful for their support these many years, and has considered it an honor and privilege to work with them all.

While Mr. Garrard is no longer providing any fee-based consultation services nor taking on any additional school or association clients, he will be working with a few select schools and associations during the 2025.2026 academic year. In addition, he will continue to provide objective repayment information on this home page (see the right navigation bar) for at least the remainder of the 2025 calendar year. With the unprecedented challenges and chaos already created by the current courts, Congress, and inept administration, and with much more likely to come, he wants to continue to help borrowers navigate their options as long as possible.
